Emergency shutdown at China's Jiutai PE plant

According to market sources, Inner Mongolia Jiutai Energy Co Ltd has unexpectedly shut its PE plant today due to technical glitches.

Based in Inner Mongolia, China, its the HDPE/LLDPE swing plant has a production capacity of 280,000 tons/year. The restart schedule could not be ascertained. However, a source closed to the company informed that shall be short maintenance.
